There are four roles leaders play that are highly predictive of success. We call them the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership. They serve as the organizing framework for this course.
Getting Started – Establishes a big picture overview of the course and invites students to define leadership and think of ways they can inspire others.
Modeling: Inspiring Trust – Helps students learn to model the 13 High Trust Behaviors to inspire trust in all relationships.
Pathfinding: Setting Vision – Encourages students to work with team members to identify the best path for the team to take to achieve their mission and vision.
Aligning: Establishing Systems & Structures – Teaches students to align the 6 key systems to achieve their desired outcomes.
Empowering: Unleashing Talent – Equips students to develop the potential of those around them, elevating the entire team.
Inspire Others is designed to support a flexible structure, including daily, weekly, or bi-weekly classes. The course is available in a full year format, as a semester course, and as 20-minute modules.
