Education in the Philippines has been reported to be in a crisis - not only from a financial or curriculum perspective. Rather, a far greater challenge today is to raise children up with enduring character to help them face challenges of their times in the country and the world.
We enable greatness in schools and children everywhere. We help schools raise a generation of principle-centered, life-ready leaders with both character and competence.
Acknowledging the lack of resources of schools, we engage with corporations and funding agencies to help sponsor and be part of this education advocacy. As such, we look to schools and corporations as partners in our advocacy of raising leaders together.
The FranklinCovey Education team is composed of former teachers and administrators from a variety of educational levels and entities locally and globally, ensuring educators get the very best information from people who know the real story of the education market.

Our Commitment
We partner with schools, districts, and higher education institutions to build leaders at all levels, from the classroom to the boardroom.
We are committed to working with educational institutions to develop professionals, and life-ready leaders–so that every graduate sees themselves as a principle-centered leader.
We are education advocates and consultants who partner primarily with Basic Education and Higher Education Institutions. We work with school owners, principals, administrators and school leaders to implement a process that builds a culture of leadership. We seek partners with corporations and funding agents to sponsor qualifies and schools wanting to the process.
For Basic Education, we train principals, administrators, educators and auxiliary school staff in order to transform the school culture. This process helps them teach students the leadership principles found in the 7 Habits, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and the 4 Disciplines of Execution. These leadership principles in turn drive results and academic achievement for students, teachers and the school. We provide the framework, training, coaching, curriculum and assessment tools to implement the process.
For Higher Education, we help your institution develop exceptional leaders, engage staff and faculty, build a high-trust culture, and empower students. We help you close the career-readiness gap. By offering FranklinCovey courses and certificates, students can develop essential soft skills that will give them an advantage in the job market and prepare them for a successful career.
