Leader in Me content and coaching can be delivered Live Onsite, Live Online, or in a hybrid model that combines the two. Course materials are available in both paper and digital formats. The courses can be delivered under an instructor-led model, a student-paced model, or as a blend of both.
As a Whole School Model
This approach establishes a leadership team of staff and students working together to meet the unique needs of the school. Every staff member is anchored in the 7 Habits and is equipped to teach leadership principles. create a leadership culture, and align achievement systems. This approach includes all four leadership courses in multiple formats, including an option for advisory.

As Leadership Courses
Under this approach, a school purchases an annual membership that includes a 1 day teacher training workshop for the instructors who will be delivering the 4 leadership courses, as well as the digital materials for the full semester courses. Courses may be delivered in multiple formats, including an option for advisory.

4 Leadership Courses
After completing the course, students may take an exam to earn transfer credits through the American Council on Education® and digital credentials supported by Credly®. The certification exams are available for individuals or whole classes at a separate cost or agrement.
