The first year of the process, begins with pre-consulting meetings, and a Measurable Results Assessment to get the baseline of where are school is in terms of Leadership, Culture and Academics. Then, all teaching and non teaching staff experience the 7 Habits. Right after that, an overview of how Leader in Me is implemented in a school. This includes organizational and strategic planning on the part of the school. The end in mind or the first year of implementation is to finish CORE 1:
The succeeding year of the process, begins with pre-consulting meetings, and a planning using the Measurable Results Assessment then continuation of the CORE journey until the school feels they are ready for a Lighthouse review. The end in mind of the succeeding years would be to accomplish CORE 2 and CORE 3, leading to a lighthouse review:
